@ouiCherie Hi! Thank you so much for bringing to us this check-in! Here are my answers:

1. Periwinkle (I didn't know it was called that way, I had to search in google haha, here is the wikipedia link if you still don't know what color is.

The reason: I choose it because is the mix of purple and blue, and I'm going to start with blue. For some context, december was a really happy month, but in some way that happiness was superficial, I would still feel lost and like something wasn't there. So january hit me like a big gigant truck, a lot of emotional release, and as someone who tends to hide their emotions, that was really hard for me. But in some way blue not only feels melancholic for me, it also feels calm, determined and reflective, I needed to reflect about what is happening in my life and what I have to work on, and I was forgeting that, that's why I felt lost.
Purple is because it reflects wisdom and knowledge, I know my life is hard (at least for me), I know I'm feeling bad, but taking a littleee bright side of things, it makes me get lessons for the future; about who I want to be and who I don't want to be.

2. Teens

3. Friendship & platonic relationships issues

Reason: That's because I'm kinda exhausted on the emphasis that society has in romance, my bestie is aroace and she made me understand how beautiful is platonic (in the sense of non-romantic) love, because in the end is also love, and that doesn't make us less important than romantic love. Also because people think that they need to have a romantic partner to be happy, when this isn't that way. You can be happy with friends, or, most important, yourself.

@jaboo wow! I didn't know that colour has a particular name. Thank you for sharing and I love how you interpreted the colours!

Teen, friendship & platonic, noted. Yes, platonic can be beautiful and somewhat it makes me think of 7 Cups. How people truly care for each other in a platonic way. Thank you for the response, Jaboo! 🤍

  1. Probably a muddy gray
  2. Adult, definitely
  3. I haven't gone to that chat so far... If I did, my preferred topic would be a romance-related one: How to Meet someone when you are disabled. Finding a main squeeze is hard enough for able-bodied helthypipo; for us the challenge is much greater...sometimes to the point of impossibility.

@adventurousBranch3786 That's good to know. I personally dislike Faceblech for a few reasons, but let's face it: It is the main platform for business & personal relationships for anyone over 35. Perhaps I should open an account there again...

@slowdecline48. I’m not big on face bleach either . I do like some on the groups for support on chronic illnesses . There are also adult centers in my neighborhood that are a good way to meet people . Best of luck to you.

Personally, I think January is a cold, dark blue color for me so far. As for my age group, I would say I am an adult. And for the open chat session, I would prefer to discuss romantic and casual relationship issues. Cheers!
