Not really lonely, but my bf is an online bf and probably won't have time to talk because of work. He said he would try, though, so I want to be happy with that.

@JazzyNRain I know what you're feeling, it stinks when your partner is online and so the schedules are different and it's hectic. The good thing is that he was going to try, right?

I've been single my entire adult life so Valentine's Day doesn't really bother me lol
I broke with my ex last summer so I am single this year. I have much self love so I decided to make this day amazing <3 I sent wishes to my closest friends, reblogged love on tumblr, wrote a valentines day fanfiction, got a gift for myself and mom and will watch a romantic comedy about singlehood later <3 Much much love to everyone who's lonely here! You are worthy.
Very hard day for me... today would have been specail day for my ex as would be engaged... but she broke up our 10 year relationship 4 weeks ago cause of my social anxiety and stress... it hurts so much today just going to take sleeping pills to go sleep and wake up maybe tomorrow..
@BradZA I'm really sorry, Brad. It's a terrible feeling to be rejected, especially over problems that you're struggling with. I don't blame you for feeling hurt - you're still recovering from your wounds, and after ten years, I imagine it's like feeling one of your limbs has been amputated. I hope that when you wake up, you'll feel better and be able to reclaim some joy in the new day.
Valentine's Day is my least favorite holday. I'm 26 and have never had a girlfriend to celebrate with. I'll just be at home today trying to get my life together so I hopefully will have a girl to celebrate with next Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day is the anniversary of one of the worst days of my life, and it was because I was trying to make a romantic gesture that I ended up hurting the woman I was in love with and being deeply hurt myself. So inevitably the holiday causes me to dredge up those old memories and feel that pain and rejection and foolishness that makes me feel small and stupid and hopeless. I don't understand why I still have to be in love with her all these years later. Falling in love was the worst thing that ever happened to me, because it's kept me in pain and stolen all joy and hope from my life.

I have felt rejection that hurts I hate Valentines Day its not my favorite holiday of the year it never will be Im here for you as a friend to listen @Faramir
