Not satisfied with my wife in sex
I married 12 years ago , and I have 3 children.
I have 35 years like my wife.
I am not satisfied sexually with her.
What should I do ?

Find a way................. to talk to her ..... and experiment with her ..............otherwise IMO you will start looking elsewhere....
It is not a fun discussion
when i told my spouse that the moves they think are good ........... REALLY SUCK ....... and i no longer was willing to fake how i feel about some items
evidently i crushed their ego and now they have performance anxiety .........
i do take the blame because....................... i did not speak up MUCH MUCH sooner and when i did i kinda snapped and said things that were perhaps too much for them to hear that it has been a LONG time since things were good.
After they were over the shock ..............they asked me why i faked it and pretended ..........and they would have made an effort if they knew ...... learn from my mistake TALK about it ........ see if she is happy and what you can do as a couple together.

With 3 kids and a house to manage, intimacy and sex can get stuck on the back burner in a marriage. Both partners exhausted catching up with a million things to get done, and still always having so much to think of even at the end of the day.
Have you any family or friends who would babysit all your children for a day or weekend? Maybe if you and your wife get some couple time together, you might have a chance to talk with her about the issue?
Thank you. We will try to find free time to talk honestly about our relationship as with time passing, the gap between us is increasing.

That's great. It is very helpful to remember she is your partner, your team mate in this journey as you walk towards common goals. It is you both against the issue, not you against her. So if you both try together, it is possible to sort a lot of matters.
