Daily Prayers, Intentions, & Beams!
by Heather225

...See more I often reflect on what makes our community so extraordinary. It’s the way we listen, the way we relate, the way we care for one another, and accept one another where we’re at, struggles and all. We are connected because we share the human experience. We find collective strength in one another and draw on that to not just survive, but thrive. Together, we're building a community where healing is possible, growth is inevitable, and hope is attainable. This interconnectedness is how we combat loneliness and create ripples of positive change, one connection, one conversation, one act of kindness at a time. Inspired by this shared connection and the incredible strength we find in one another, I have created this space for us to offer and receive support, pray for one anothers, set intentions for our community, and send positive energy to those in need. Think of this as our daily practice of collective care. Whether you have a specific prayer request for support or want to share a positive affirmation, this is the place to do it.  Whether you're going through a personal crisis, facing health concerns, or other difficulties, you can ask for an empathetic ear, offer prayers, or just comforting words. If you'd like a specific kind of support, please do mention it with your share. You can say as much or as little as you like about your situation. (It can be as simple as "please pray for x", "please send me strength/blessings/vibes", "please keep me in your thoughts", "send beams" [https://www.7cups.com/forum/siteupdates/GlensNookCommunity_547/BEAMS_202686/] etc!) Or you can set intentions for your day. (ex. I intend to be more mindful of my own emotional needs and practice self-care.) If you have things that you want us to pray for and think about and send positive energy your way, let us know. (The community team is going to be engaged and following this closely in a more direct way, too. Many of you, like Glen, pray for our community daily or keep us in your thoughts!) This is an invitation for us to surface and build on these activities to strengthen our shining city and further lift one another up.  Ready? Share below!

Forum Moderation Guidelines for Religion & Spirituality
by CheeryMango
Last post
March 4th
...See more Hello everyone! I would like to take a moment to introduce some additional forum moderation guidelines that we will be implementing to ensure that this community remains a respectful, constructive, and inclusive space for all members. Note: All forum moderation will be handled by the forum moderators or community leaders. 1. Respectful Dialogue: Encourage respectful and open dialogue that allows members to express their feelings and thoughts about religion without targeting specific religious groups. Ensure that discussions maintain a courteous and tolerant tone. 2. Avoid Forced Beliefs: Remove any posts that attempt to impose personal religious beliefs on others or pressure individuals to adopt a particular faith. Our community respects diverse perspectives and choices. 3. No Shaming or Discrimination: Prohibit any posts that involve shaming, discrimination, or derogatory language towards individuals, religious groups, or spiritual beliefs. Promote an inclusive and accepting environment. 4. Focus on Personal Experiences: Encourage members to share their personal experiences and insights related to spirituality and religion, emphasizing the impact on their lives rather than making sweeping judgments or condemnations. Moderate with Sensitivity: Exercise moderation with a sensitive and understanding approach. When removing posts, provide a clear explanation to the member and offer guidance on how they can rephrase or refocus their discussion in a more constructive manner. 5. Feedback and Appeals: Allow members to provide feedback on moderation decisions through the forum@7cups.com email or messaging the admin, @CheeryMango directly for those who believe their posts were unjustly removed. 6. Consistency: Maintain consistency in applying these guidelines to all posts and members, regardless of their religious or spiritual background. Ensure fairness in moderation. 7. Community Building: Lastly, focus on creating a positive and supportive atmosphere within the religious and spiritual community, where members can freely explore and discuss their beliefs and feelings without fear of judgment or disrespect. ------------------------- tagging the community taglist to be updated: @MeaningfulSilence @AffyAvo @Sunisshiningandsoareyou @tommy @theriverissinging @@Adamw12 @adripika @amiablePeace77 @Armon23 @beck1 @blindCupcake8608 @Carolincares7 @Chevy81 @courageousRiver589 @DivineLove04 @DragonView2 @easyDime4319 @egrima729 @goodAcres5039 @GoodEar1972 @Helgafy @HisLivingWaters @IamAubrey23 @ivoryDog4942 @Jaeteuk @Jenna @LoveMyMoonflowers @loyalApricot1375 @lyricalAngel70 @magnificentNutella @Mahad2804 @MalindaBelle @MeaningfulSilence @Michele2 @officialanonymous @ovowoody @passionateSea1909 @persistentFriend274 @philosophical2741 @pineapplepeanut @PoliteOcean @politePeach9642 @rhodawoolf @RogueOne1983 @SammiSweetheart30 @soulsings @stallion3 @SunShineAlwaysGrateful @Swordpsalm @ThatChristLover @TheJenInBlack @tommy @trueconfidant123 @Tulipsmile @Tyedyedbutterfly65 @yaswecan7

...See more Hello 7Cups community I joined because I wanted to connect with religion and spirituality forums and openminded discussions I heard voices for the first 12 years of my adult life. At 29 something severe happened on a night out and my whole world fell silent I recently became a self-published author last year, because I think my experiences are deeply fascinating and symbolic, with meaning and connection to things we all yearn to understand

...See more 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷❤️❤️🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 Grace is seeing a mirror reflected back on you  It’s easier to forgive mistakes when you see yourself in the other person. But what if you don’t? Then how do you show grace. Do I try to rest on my own understanding? Or do I look beyond it? Let’s see the human behind the mistakes. Grace can say “I accept your struggle and notice the intent.” Grace also means “I’ll set the clear boundaries too. I deserve to have my peace of mind.” 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷❤️❤️🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

If God exists, maybe they’re morally grey
by LanaAfterDark

...See more I’ve been thinking… if there’s a god, maybe they’re not the strict, all-knowing type we imagine. Maybe they’re morally grey, showing up only in the big, raw moments of our lives. Like, when you feel pure bliss, or that rush of intense pleasure, that could be their “hi.” Even when you fight it, resist it, or let it go, that might be them too. It’s kind of wild to imagine divinity as something that whispers in sensations, in moments you can’t explain, sometimes ecstatic, sometimes chaotic, always present but never controlling. Do you ever feel that way?

Embracing Spirituality: A Journey Within
by thehealingroomwithlulu
Last post
October 2nd, 2025
...See more Spirituality is the quiet yet profound awareness that life is more than what we see and touch. It is the journey of connecting with our inner selves, understanding our purpose, and aligning with a higher truth. Beyond religious practices, spirituality is about seeking meaning, cultivating inner peace, and nurturing love and compassion in our daily lives. It invites us to listen to the whispers of our soul, to reflect on our thoughts and actions, and to find harmony with the world around us. Spirituality is not a destination but a continuous path of growth, healing, and awakening. It encourages gratitude for the present moment, mindfulness in our interactions, and faith in the unseen guidance that shapes our lives. Through spirituality, we learn that challenges are opportunities for transformation, that forgiveness is a gift to ourselves, and that joy often arises from the simplest acts of kindness. It reminds us that we are interconnected, not only with others but with the universe itself, and that every experience, every breath, holds a deeper significance. In embracing spirituality, we discover that the most profound journey we can take is inward—toward understanding, peace, and the divine essence within us all.

...See more Hey everyone  Today I just want to share something I have been feeling it or have it from long time and I am not sure about tbh. But who knows me .know that many of times I have this kind of feel towards some action or something will happen whatever its good or bad or its gonna happened or not .and for sure that's not for all time . Like before I have this feeling like something telling that this thing my family are arranged its not gonna happened and I even I tell them that and they didn't believe for sure 😂but after few time what I said really happened and my family where shocked how you were very sure of it ,and before that also I was have very bad feeling that I will lose someone precious to me in this date and I was praying for Allah that my feelings are wrong and its not gonna happen and its all just  bad thoughts in my mind but unfortunately it's happened and like I said it . Idk what to call that but I don't like . Some ppl will think that I have only see I expect bad things or see things from a bad perspective, but it's really not that way Perhaps some might say that I must be optimistic about the good in order to find it, as the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) said: Be optimistic about the good and you will find it. But here the matter is really different from optimism. When we experience a spiritual sensation that something bad is about to happen, it feels like a deep, intuitive knowing—an unsettling, almost physical shift in energy within us. This is not just a passing thought; it's a visceral response, a gut feeling, or a moment of sudden clarity that seems to resonate on a deeper level, beyond our logical mind .It’s as if our spirit, or inner self, is aware of an impending challenge or loss before it even manifests in reality. On the other hand, expecting something bad to happen is driven more by fear, anxiety, or past experiences This expectation arises from a pattern of thoughts—our mind projecting past pain or anticipated failure into the future. While it can feel real, it’s often based on worry or a lack of trust in the process of life. Unlike the spiritual feeling of something bad happening, which can be a profound and almost inexplicable knowing, the expectation of bad things is a mental construct, often magnified by our doubts and insecurities. The key difference lies in their origin: the spiritual feeling is something deeper and more instinctive, while the expectation is often rooted in the mind’s tendency to foresee worst-case scenarios. One is an internal, intuitive experience, and the other is a result of fear-based thinking. Both can shape our emotions, but they stem from different places within us—one connected to our soul’s wisdom, the other to our thoughts and anxieties.

Hourglass Phenomenon?
by Tanyuuchan
Last post

...See more I'm getting lost in theism forethought. Is the world an hourglass. We are here.(sand) But we will go there to reboot?(emptyglass)  To reincarnate.. including the red thread of fate.. (The husband/parents sitting in purgatory to be with you in the same timeline again?) Thus. I sorta feel the world is hourglass shaped. (Bringing up parallel universes) They talk about "soul pods" in buddhism.. and I'm connecting it with people having multiple red threads of other influential people near them.. I'm noticing being forced to be near my enemies/weaknesses and my spouses unfavored parent..(that caused him much hardship) I think I'd get along with both of his parents..and have an unfavored parent to though. (That caused me much hardship) I spiritually feel like I connected with Jesus.. but I sorta wanted to keep telling him, I'd rather have a (Eastern) gate (afterlife, ressurection) And I was unable to translate what his thoughts were on it atm. I'm having a babel problem where there is a layer(blurry nonsense filter) over him from me seeing his true self completely. The thing, that may be acting as a filter sorta made fun of me.. but it was portraying like multiple people..so I couldn't identify who I was talking to completely.. I also seem to be seeing visions like a precognitive but am unable to discern meaning and its a constant fight with nonsense information every once in a while to find those visions that seem to have some kinda importance.. But if one gets too carried away in looking for specific value, a lot of times it poisons you.. Currently I thought infps are condemned because if you don't have (e) relationships and live as a hermit, you live as a martyrs in suffering and have some (of Jobs, bible) problems.  As constantly being persecuted being unable to live as a normal human, on the brink of death constantly..) but I'm hoping for my life to get better soon maybe.(unrelated to nice visions, (some visual poison by looking to strongly at cravings)
