Regarding suicide: In Islam, suicide is considered a major sin. The Quran and Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad) state that those who commit suicide will be punished in ***. This is because life is seen as a gift from Allah, and only He has the right to end it. Besides if killing yourself voluntarily is despairing from Allah's mercy and relief. It is about being disappointed and not seeing hope from the challenges Allah gave you to purify and test your faith( by the way challenges المصائب are considered good things because they help turn your bad deeds into good deeds) إن الله إذا أحب عبدا إبتلاه . When Allah loves a servant he tests him(afflicts him with trials) and tests are not always bad trails even huge fortunes can get considered test. 

The Quranic verse most cited regarding this is Surah An-Nisa (4:29): "And do not kill yourselves (or one another). Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful."

Scholars agree that committing suicide is a grave sin, but it does not take a person outside of Islam. The final judgment rests with Allah, and His mercy is all-encompassing.

The most well-known verse is Surah Az-Zumar (39:53). It reads: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"

@unassumingEyes Regarding apostates, classical Islamic jurisprudence holds that apostasy (leaving Islam) is a crime punishable by death. However, there is no explicit mention of this punishment in the Quran; it is derived from interpretations of the Prophet's sayings (Hadith).

Views on this vary among different schools of thought:

 * Some require a waiting period for the apostate to repent.

 * Some make a distinction between male and female apostates.

 * Some modern and liberal Islamic movements reject physical punishment for apostasy, citing verses in the Quran that state "there is no compulsion in religion."

Regarding good people who are not believers, the Quran states that they will be judged on the Day of Judgment(everyone will be judged on the day of judgement). The Quran condemns disbelief and warns of punishment in the afterlife.In my point of view I think because you should know why you are created? why you do exist ?what is your role in this life ? Before being for others. But for we should not separate being nice and thinking of your self and religion they combine in Islam to create a balanced person.

However, it also emphasizes justice and kindness toward non-Muslims, especially those who are peaceful. 

The Quran emphasizes empathy and kindness towards all people, including non-believers, as a fundamental aspect of faith.

Empathy and Compassion

The Quran portrays Allah as the Most Merciful (Ar-Rahman) and Most Compassionate (Ar-Rahim), and Muslims are encouraged to reflect these divine attributes in their own conduct. The Prophet Muhammad is described as a "mercy to the worlds" (Quran 21:107), setting an example of universal kindness. This is often summarized by the principle of "tafakkur," which is to deeply understand and contemplate the feelings of others. A well-known Hadith states, "None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself," which applies to all of humanity, not just fellow Muslims.

Treatment of Non-Believers

The Quran clearly distinguishes between peaceful non-believers and those who actively fight against Muslims. It commands Muslims to treat non-believers with kindness and justice as long as they are not hostile.

 * Justice and Kindness: A key verse states: "Allah does not forbid you from being kind and just with those who have not fought you because of your religion or driven you out of your homes. Allah loves those who are just" (Quran 60:8). This verse serves as a cornerstone for peaceful coexistence.

 * No Compulsion in Religion: The Quran affirms that there is no compulsion in religion (Quran 2:256), granting people freedom of belief. This principle underscores respect for an individual's choice and refutes forced conversion.

 * Dialogue and Respect: Muslims are told to call others to Islam "with wisdom and goodly exhortation" (Quran 16:125) and to engage in debate "in the best possible way." This encourages respectful dialogue and discourages aggression or hostility in matters of faith.

I am also suffering from a terrible lack of time so I may answer your questions separately. They are deep questions and I don't want to answer wrongly so I will do my research and comment back as soon as I get the correct information 😄

First let's agree that there is only one Islam it is preactised in only one way (based on the Quran and what the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him did[which is called in Arabic sunnat Al Rasool= his Islamic lifestyle,his actions...], of course ).

When we say sunna and shiâa we don't mean that we differ in the concept of Islam because there is only one Quran book worldwide, the 5 pillars of Islam (no versions) and the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, we mean that shiâa have a different view of Islam practices and shari3a (Shari'a is the body of religious law that guides Muslims, meaning "the clear path "It is derived primarily from the Qur'an and the Sunnah (Prophet Muhammad's teachings and practices).) as they say that after the death of the prophet Muhammad, Ali ibn abi taleb should have been the successor. Even though the prophet told Abu bakr to be his successor. Which means that they wanted to create a specific nation lead by the Imam (to be similar to a kingdom) but that goes against the rules of islam.

Shi3aa usually take the Sunnah of the prophet from "unsure" resources and they make groups each of them have their own believes and want to practice Islam in their own way(which is incorrect because we already agreed that there is one clear Islam) not like the sunna who take it clearly from the Quran ,the prophet wifes, peers who lived with him(and trusted resources like sahih al boukhari and sahih mouslim) . That's why the shi3aa have unclear behaviors that even go against Islam rules in the Quran such as oppressing beating themselves for the death of Ali ibn abi taleb (which obviously lead you to think that there are different groups of muslims)

Finally the topic of sunna and shiâa goes back to more than 1460 years ago it is not easy to explain I tried to make things as simple and understandable as I could😀. To sum up I insist on that whoever wants to know the truth of Islam SHOULD READ THE QURAN WITH THE EXPLANATION. And AVOID all previous news and misconceptions (that's why I created this thread to clear misconceptions 😊)

Sharia is the fundamental religious concept of Islam.The Arabic word \text{sharīʿah} literally means "path leading to the watering place" or "the way."

* Distinction from Fiqh:

* Sharia is the immutable, intangible divine law (God's will).

* Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) is the human interpretation and understanding of Sharia by Muslim scholars.

Primary Sources of Sharia:

* The Qur'an: The holy book of Islam, believed to be the direct word of God.

* The Sunnah: The practices, sayings, and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, primarily recorded in the Hadith literature.

Secondary Sources (used by jurists to derive rulings when the primary sources are silent):

* Ijma: The consensus or agreement of Muslim jurists on a specific legal matter.

* Qiyas: Analogical reasoning, where a ruling for a new issue is drawn by comparing it to an issue already addressed in the Qur'an,Sunnah, or Ijma.

Which means the principal part of it exists in the Quran but it doesn't oppress anyone. Many people worldwidely misconcept the rules especially those regarding woman due to lack of knowledge, not reading the explanation of the Quran...

Because the Islam never oppresses anyone. Those who are oppressing woman are doing what's AGAINST the rules of islam(I am a Muslim woman and it hurts me when I see woman suffering from the ignorance of others😥)so don't misconcept them with the right Islam, the Deen of kindness ❤️🤍

The Quran contains many verses (ayat) that emphasize justice, prohibit oppression, and grant rights and honor to women.

Verses Against Oppression (for all people)

* Prohibition of Injustice: "O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another." (A sacred saying of God, not a direct Quran verse, but a core Islamic tenet reported in Hadith Qudsi.)

* Allah Hates Oppressors: "And Allah does not love the oppressors." (Quran 3:140)

* Justice is a Command: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice." (Quran 4:58)

* Defending the Oppressed: "And what is [the matter] with you that you do not fight in the cause of Allah and for oppressed men, women, and children who say, 'Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and grant us from Yourself a protector and grant us from Yourself a helper?'" (Quran 4:75)

Verses Honoring and Protecting Women

* Equal Spiritual Reward: "Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women... Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward." (Quran 33:35)

* Also: "Whoever does a good deed, whether male or female, and is a believer—We will surely bless them with a pure life, and We will certainly reward them according to the best of their deeds." (Quran 16:97)

* Rights in Marriage: "And live with them in kindness." (Quran 4:19)

* "And for women are rights over men similar to those of men over women, according to what is reasonable..." (Quran 2:228)

* Right to Dowry and Wealth: "And give the women [upon marriage] their [bridal] gifts graciously." (Quran 4:4)

* Women have the right to their own wealth and are explicitly protected from a husband taking her dowry back even upon divorce: "...do not take [back] from it anything." (Quran 4:20-21)

* Right to Inheritance: "For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much—an obligatory share." (Quran 4:7)

* Marital Relationship as Mutual Comfort: "They (your wives) are your garment and you are a garment for them." (Quran 2:187)—This verse beautifully depicts the essential unity, closeness, and mutual protection in the marriage relationship.
