Hi, everyone 🌟 Safety Team is having a productive start to 2026, it seems! 🦺
For a while now, we've been receiving feedback for Safety Outreach members after a successful (i.e. resolved) outreach message. I wanted to share with everyone the positive feedback that our lovely outreach members have received since August 2024 from December 2025.

She explained the reason for the profile violation in a very polite, compassionate, and respectful manner, making it clear and easy to understand why it was against the site rules. She answered all of my questions in detail and was very patient as I asked follow up questions. SE linked me the materials needed to correct my profile and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would be corrected again! Jokes aside, a very pleasant experience."

"Oscar's outreach was very professional and appreciated. He clearly explained why mentioning my psychology background, counselling practice, and CBT/DBT training in my bio went against site rules, and the reasoning made sense — that members might mistake it for a promise of medical or professional advice. He answered patiently and kindly, and the tone throughout was supportive rather than punitive, which made it easy to understand and accept the feedback.
I didn't feel a need to ask further questions since the explanation was thorough, but he did offer to help if anything else came up. Overall, it was a positive, respectful experience that helped me improve my bio.
I'm extremely thankful to him."
