Affirmations Asteroids! ☄️

Welcome to another corner of The Cosmos of Positivity, where we’re tuning into the kindest voice we can offer ourselves even if it’s just a whisper. 💛

 Self-esteem doesn’t mean we always feel confident or perfect. It means we remember we’re worthy, even when the world or our inner critic makes us feel small.  I like to think of it as a “work in progress” phenomena for me rather than a “final destination” that I wish to achieve, because let’s face it? It’s not easy to be kind to self or think of ourselves as worthy “at all times”. 

But trying counts and I believe it can be truly impactful to try our best. 🌌

Sooo in this thread, let’s:

☄️ Drop one self-affirmation like a tiny asteroid of light

☄️ Share a mantra that’s helped us feel more grounded or empowered

☄️ Create space for each other by replying to someone else’s affirmation with a kind word or emoji support

Or simply come here to absorb the light ~ silently or with a gentle heart! 🥰

  Need ideas? ⭐️ Here are a few cosmic-style affirmations if you’d like to try?

  ✨ “I am still growing, and that is more than enough.”

✨ “I deserve love, even on my messy days.” 

✨ “I am a galaxy of thoughts, feelings, and strength.”

✨ “I am allowed to shine.”

✨ “Even when I don’t feel confident, I am still worthy.”  

  💫 You can write yours like a message from the stars, to yourself. “Dear Me, you’re doing better than you think.”  Or like a permission slip: “I give myself permission to let go of perfection.”  Any which way you like! 🥰

You don’t have to believe the words right away. Just plant the seeds and try to repeat it to yourself over and over again.  🌱

 And if it helps: borrow someone else’s light until you find your own again. ✨

Because I’m sure in our beautiful cups-verse, our peers would be always ready to share their light and kindness with us! 🥰
