Inviting Brave Into Your Life - Short 3 Minute Video by Laura
Hi Everyone!
Me again! In this short, 3 minute video, I discuss the importance of being BRAVE!
We all demonstrate insane, courageousacts of bravery every day! In this short video, I talk about 3 key things to Inviting Brave Into Your Life!
1) Get outside of your comfort zone
2) Allow yourself to be VULNERABLE
3) Be curious about the future & your future self!
Let me know what you think of this video and the ideas presented here!
I did nothing I can think of as brave recently, but I do believe that it takes a lot of courage to maintain a positive mind during a whole day, especially with my self-esteem and level of nervousness... :/ I don't always manage to do it, but when I do, am I proud!^^
Joined the US Marine Corps.
I spoke to my mother (who was very abusive all during my childhood and adulthood), after 5+ years of not speaking to her at all. I am trying to work through a lot of feelings about all that right now, and yet still maintain communication. Not easy. Hope it will be worth it. She is getting up there in years. I suspect that is why she is trying to make things work. Ticket to heaven and all that. I have no earthly clue how this will play out, and am concerned it will be same ole, same ole. But I won't know for sure unless I can stick it out till she shows where she really is emotionally and spiritually. God help me!
Walk away from the guy I love even when he asked me to stay because he doesn't love me anymore. He says he does but he doesn't. I am struggling so hard to let go, my whole gut is telling me to hold on and I don't get it. He has cheated and hurts me so much. He isn't even that amazing but something tells me to hold on
I went on an Outward Bound course for 3 weeks in December. It was the longest time I'd been away from home and my family. I struggled a lot, but I challenged myself and got through it.
....by asking for what i needed to do my work...
I trew a birthday party even though I habe a huge fear of nobody showing up
Just showing up to school is a brave thing. I do independent study and I go once a week to my teacher. 🏫📚📝
Joining 7 cups and actually talking to someone about what's bothering me, rather than keeping it inside.

Awesome job!!
idk if this is brave or not but today I made myself throw up after overdosing on pills today. It was horrible and I wouldn't do it again but I got enough out to hopefully not give me a stomach ulcer
@spitefulsam that's very brave and awesome. Seeing this today made me smile. :)
