Not sure what's up (down) but the devs are aware of the problem and will no doubt fix it pronto.

Does that mean all our feeds until now are deleted or just "hidden" as something isn't working?

nothing is deleted.
the problem is like a sort of runaway process that is grabbing too much memory or storage.
one contributor is the way long reposts are made and distributed. we can fix that pretty easily.
but something else triggered this "cascade" and that's what we're still hunting.
but your posts are safe and will be visible again (when the system can run without crashing or filling up the hard drive, so to speak).
Now it all makes sense! ahahah I was wondering what happened, I hope this won't be too hard to fix :)
I think I'm going through feed withdrawal. I wasn't aware this was a thing until 6 hours ago.

i know, and I've been a feed slacker, too, but was free-riding on all the great posts to boost my mood!
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn Don't mean to sound the alarm if there is no need to, but I slightly freaked out when it now says I have 0 following and 1 follower and my feed is still gone. I'm able pull up the general feed to see what 7 cups posted yesterday before all this happened.
Is this just because things are still being worked on?

Yes, and I'm sorry that the Feed doesn't do a better job itself of communicating when it's in a damaged state!
I am assured that there is no data loss and we are just engaged in a (long, slow) process of copying data over from the initial database to a more stable setup.
So any loss of follower etc info should be temporary.

Thanks for the info! I was able to see some stuff earlier, but it went down a little while ago. I was wondering what was going on as I saw nothing in the forums at the time.

i miss my feed. I came on today to look at it cause It's been a hard day and things on the feed help. I hope it comes back soon. :(

I miss it too! It's up again now but apparently there are still some glitches we are working on.
It is good to know the feed can cheer you up, and I'd encourage you to explore the mood boosts, guides, and growth path if you ever need an alternative activity you can do on your own.
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn Don't mean to repeat myself, but what about those of us who have lost all of our followers / those we follow? And our feeds? Reason I bring it up again is Glen just mentioned in another topic that the feed is back up and working but I haven't received any acknowledgement on whether what I'm experiencing is a bug or if I'm forced to start over because of this.

This is still part of the bug, so to speak, and will be fixed, but it may take even more than a day to get all the data appearing in all the right places.
The current fix plan for the feed (after syncing with @glenM, @ezraBC, and @DevTeam) is
1. restore the follower/following (support network) information relatively quickly.
2. restore missing posts more gradually
Restoring the posts is a slow process as it is, and not having your following/follower info is pretty frustrating, so the first thing we'll do is get the support network info correct, and then though it may take a little while, we'll get any currently missing past posts restored.

Will our growth path stats be recalculated as well? My last step was to view the feeds and I couldn't progress until today (but then it stopped working again) so I don't know if it's continued my running streak or not.

That's a good question. I'm honestly not sure how that will play out, but we can try to fix anything if the streak etc. gets messed up.
In the meantime (in the future), if or when something like the feed is not working, you can choose to do a different activity for your step on the growth path.
