Our leaders, like our listeners, are volunteers who contribute significantly to the foundation of 7 Cups. Leaders work within our 5 key domains (Group Support, Forums, Quality, Safety, Academy) to drive our community's everyday operations. Our volunteers are absolutely invaluable and it's their time and effort that directly support the success of our platform.

We want to make sure everyone understands our leadership system. Please use this form to help us gauge your familiarity with our domains and identify common questions that I can answer later, and use any actionable feedback to make refinements or improvements to our system.

@Heather225 just a suggestion. Whoever created the survey may want to look at the ratings page again. The description says 1-5 but the actual answers are 1-10. Interesting survey. I hope you'll share the data.
