3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

2. Supporting people in forums
3. Working on various skills that improve performance/quality in my work here

3 key things I've been doing from a while -:
1. Engage in forums ~ creating posts, replying to threads in the Needs Reply Queue
2. Support fellow listeners as a peer supporter and mentor
3. Participat in discussions to boost morale of hosts and support members !
7 Cups related. 1. Step away when offended or upset. 2. Defer to rules and guidelines 3. Mute feature

I kept on showing gratitude towards my beloved Listeners who painstakingly listen to my troubles and try their best to solve them.

To keep 7 Cups moving forward, I've been doing these 3 things:
1) Engaging in guided discussions and giving feedback
2) Listening to 3-5 members per week (includes repeated chats), and supporting them through any challenges that they face
3) Contributing to forums of various communities and sub-communities
