3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

@Hope I know you don't need my positive affirmations. I'm just a little butter bean around here. But still, I have to say, for what it's worth......I'm really proud of you too! I'll never forget how you helped me and you have given me the confidence to move forward to do my best on my growth path here as a listener. I've been working.....you gave me my wings back and now after the holidays, I'm picking up speed and taking off in flight!

I have been helping out in the lsr and its really kept me energetic!
I have been clean from self harm for 11 months which has been so hard.
and just really enjoying being here and trying to help where I can
I just want to say. I am so glad to be hear and I really am proud of everyone that helps out here! Its like a family. Always encouraging. I hope everyone knows that they are strong and they are doing such a great job here!

1. involved as a Mentor for the Internship program. I am involved by helping my Interns gradute.
2. I mod 35+ and do discussions with my co Mods in the room. Also I stay on Wednesdays in the room when it is opened for 24 hours.
3. I also take chats when I am sent a pm and try to help members

3. I've just answered a question for the second time ever (from the homepage) - I'm usually super nervous about answering them because I worry my answers won't be adequate enough.
