Happy 40th Birthday to you Cris! Of course I have never met you because you are one of the unsung hero's of 7 cups. Thank you for working tirelessly behind the scenes, thank you for being all guts and no glory, thank you for having true grit, thank you for being humble! So many people, just like me enjoy the luxury of being here to help others in so many different ways across this platform.

I for one think about the people behind the scenes, I really do, and think about what it is that they do to keep this place up and running. I sit back and think about how all of the pieces of this very big place fit together like pieces of a very big and wonderful puzzle. I think about how one hand washes another and somehow, along the way, we all end up helping members.

I hope you sit back today on your birthday and feel that you truly are appreciated for your efforts. I have a tendency to look at the little things, and the big things. Even if you feel like there are little things that you do day in and day out, they add up to very big things. Even as a by product, if you didn't help that member directly, In a one to one chat, you did help all of these members by doing what it is that you do here for us on 7 cups! Interesting concept heh?
