Hi everyone! This is a forum post linked to the path 'Preventing Burnout at 7 Cups'

enlightenedWhat have you done today/recently to prevent burnout in a fellow community user?

This can look like:

• Encouraging self-care

• Reminding someone of the importance of boundaries

• Covering for someone so they can take a self-care break

@Hope,

Recently, I tried to remind someone that it is okay to take breaks and not pressure themselves too much with responsibilities. I also encouraged maintaining healthy boundaries and focusing on self-care whenever they start feeling emotionally overwhelmed.

@Hope I haven't done this recently but in future when I notice other community members on the brink of burnout I will do a checkup on them

@Hope I've reminded someone about their boundaries and self-care this week

@Hope
I am a part of a cohort of 8 listeners here at 7 Cups. We meet once or twice a week to go over things, and that's a great place to talk about self care and burnout!

@Hope I regularly check in on a close listener friend to see how they're doing and remind them to take care of themselves when they need it :)

@Hope

I will reach out to one of my fellow listeners, talking about boundary and providing them the link to the burnout pathway.

@Hope

I reminded some new listeners about the importance of reaching out for support in LSR and expressed gratitude towards them for being here for our members :)
