What does "safe" mean to you here?

Being safe for me would be the colour yellow 💛

Being safe means being heard 

Respected.

No one thinking they are superior.

Everyone being treated equally.

No harsh words.

Being yourself.

And also for others to know you are only human , we are all trying our best to support as much as we can, and to sometimes keep that in mind before expecting more than we can give 🩷

Oh Heather you have touched a sensitive nerve :)

The word "safe" feels everything I want and need in life, not only in 7 cups. To feel safe here is to be heard without being judged, heard with care, support and compassion.

However in life, feeling safe is another level. A level sometimes its hard to express. Its a feeling that you hope to feel naturally. Being around knowing you care less about the world. Feeling safe is moral and emotional support. Feeling safe is knowing you are being taken care of, without asking. Feeling safe is trusting your heart to be where he's supposed to be. Its the only aim in my life to feel SAFE where I am. I want to be safe and feel safe. I don't want to think of anything but having that safety in life. I'm not sure I make sense but it does make sense to me.

Having the right to refuse things that don't belong to me without endangering my life. This is different from learning and experiencing new things.

When you think of feeling safe on 7 Cups, what does it actually feel like for you?`

The way 7cups is built is the FIRST thing that makes it safe, as long as one follows the rules of anonymity. The rest is up to me; showing respect and courtesy is otherwise a great shield.

Never thought of that one

For me, it's the way other's behaviors is respectful.

The word "Safe" for me it's my old room, with my cats and Mom. So, maybe dark blue colour?

Surprisingly "Who cares about that? I don't" But it's mostly because it's a reassuring expression in my language lol

1. When you think of feeling safe on 7 Cups, what does it actually feel like for you? Personally it means freedom of expression even when others do not get it. I may not get your experience but you have a right to show up as you are. You don’t need to shrink or maximise yourself.

Sugared lilac was on of my most favourite shades and it is the colour represented by peace (mainly royal purple in nature - lilac represented my childhood fascination with fairies, all things magical). I enjoy the richer share of purple more now - appreciated!

Peace 

Safe means to me that you can be honest without being judged, mocked, or punished for it. It means people listen, understand, and respect your feelings because they’ve felt something similar themselves.

It can also mean:

You don’t have to hide your pain or “perform” being okay.

Your boundaries are respected.

Your story is taken seriously.

You feel accepted, even when you’re struggling.

So in simple words, safe is the feeling of, “I can be real here, and I won’t be abandoned here.

@Heather225 safe means to me is being confidential I have a lot to talk about discuss I saved the information I am studying more about safety . I mostly go out during the day I have challenges with my dad
