Jan 12: Automated Member Levels & Badges - Feedback Requested!

I've been here for a day but already the growth points and everything has helped me a lot it gives me hope that one day I'll have a good life and that I can be someone someday. Thank you so much for having this feature :)

While my time here working out my persobal problems with the group support and listeners I like the fact that you are constantly rewarded for every comment you make and heart you give. It is illustrating level of growth in a positive notable way and it is contributing heavily to my self confidrnce. Amazing system keep it up!

This has helped me tremendously. I enjoy earning points, hearts, and badges. It feels good knowing there are benefits in both seeking help, and advising others. I look forward to my self betterment on 7 cups, and look forward two earning more badges etc. Thank you.

From a personal point of view i have a mixed view about it all. I mean i love how we can see ourjourneryand have the member growth level which is visible and i love that because its motivating and for me. But sometimes i wish it wasn't visible to others because sometimes i feel that others may see it as attention seeking because of knowing how you can earn growth points.

On a second point with the badges i feel that again as you have more conversations especially if its mostly with one listener about one topice and you have over 100 coversations with one listener i feel that maybe it will be percieved as attention seeking accidently by people if they dont understand the system. But at the same time i love having the badges becaue it represents our growth in the community and makes it feel rewarding that we get rewarded for seeking help not by just recieving it but also through earning badges.

However i would have one suggestion on the badge system and that would be maybe we could have a key so we know how we can tell apart what badge is what because its a bit confusing after the gold when you start getting the dimond and higher up as i dont know how to tell them apart. I dont know if anyone else find that at all.

I love the badges, they really do motivate me to do my best and to take new training courses, my only issue is I feel like sometimes I should have recieved a badge I may have been striving for, yet I never recievedit

I too love the badges. Classic positive reinforcement at its best! I never thought these achievements would be so gratifying but they are!

I enjoy the badges etc they help with motivation and encouragement. I don't just just come here for help and support, I also, come here to help and support others. I love this place. I do like the idea of member options on what info they would like shared. 💜

I feel like I'm missing some of the badges I should have. Which ones are automatic?
