They had to be removed from the forums for a short time, but they are BACK!
Your join date animal month will now display next to your name on forum posts!!!

Since their is a opt out feature in the chatrooms can we have one for the Forums as well?

@Jakeeee - it's the same opt-out. If you have opted out and still see your animal then there is a bug and we'll need to figure it out and fix it!
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn Then there is a bug and you need to fix it. Because even though I opted out, there's now a camel appended to my username.

@Laura Based on your initial announcement, I thought the opt out applied to all fora, not just user profiles/chat rooms. Why are forums seemingly exempt from user display preferences (and why wasn't this made clear when the opt out compromise was originally announced)?
@Laura Please disregard my last comment -- I now see @krinkthemellowunicorn has confirmed that it's a bug.
So we can't change our animal to a butterfly or other animal?

I wonder, does the animal that is linked to the person make a difference to why some people are so against them?
Personally I love my butterfly! But I don't think I would like some of the other animals and then I would probably be one of the anti's?
