Volunteer Tracking Update!
Happy New Years 7 Cups Volunteers!
We have excited news and an update to start the new year off right! We are ready to share more information regarding volunteer tracking and are thrilled that this update will be live in the next few days. Please review the original post here.
Once the update is live, you will now see a section on your listener dashboard called Leadership Roles.

Here you will see all of your volunteer roles listed and how far along you are in reaching your goal. Hover over the role name for a reminder of what your goal is each month.

Your goals are tracked by month (meaning you must reach your goals by the last day of the month). If you join a role in the middle of the month, tracking starts on the 1st of the next month.
We hope you are as excited about this update as we are! Our goal is to help you track your roles and requirements easier and more clearly. Let us know your thoughts and questions about this exciting new feature!
This is an absolutely amazing addition to the 7Cups site and I'm excited to see it once the update is put into full swing! It will make checking things much easier for both the people who have to check quotas and those who have to complete them. c:
So neat! I love how it's designed c: couldn't ask for more.
By the way, I notice that the support team teen star is now included in the system. May I ask if the 3 refers to L-L chats or anything else? Could you explain this as this one's new and not listed in the main post of autoremoval? thank you!
@Erato Good question! Support Team Team Star/Support Room Mentor will follow the requirements listed here. I think we will probably either update the auto-removal post or make a new one with the master list or requirements.
@Kate Thank you, Kate! That makes sense.
Wohoo!
@Kate
its missing a role peer supporter to maintain that role a listener must complete 10 LL chats a month , 300 messages , that should be added in the list its why i lost my peer supporter badge due to the fact of not knowing where i was at at completing the 10 chats so that should be added i think
@jennysunrise8 the list shown in the post isnt all badges which have autoremoval requirements, its just an example to show how it would look. When the update comes out you will see it for any badges you have that have a minimum requirement to keep such as peer support as you mentioned.
@Kate omg YAY this is such a fantastic update im so excited for it! this is just the kind of thing i have been wanting to be able to keep track of my roles and stuff, thank you!
@Kate Finally! I have been waiting for this for a long time. Thanks tot he Dev team!
This is fantastic and will be so helpful in making sure everyone is able to stay on top of their roles!
this is amazing!
