Bug Update- July 09, 2020
Hello Community,
As you might have noticed an unusual event: When you are giving a command to open or close anything or clicking on something, a black border is appearing with the click as shown in the above image.
If you are wondering what is happening?
You do not need to worry about it. We are informed about it and looking into it to fix it. We will keep you updated once it gets sorted out.

Hi Obs!! I saw just 'bug update' and thought oh maybe someone reported it and it's been fixed!? How do I report a bug? It is a problem with the "Watch a Video" step within the Growth Path/Growth Steps.
I had not noticed this problem you are speaking of, but I am glad someone/s are working on it for us :)

I like the video step one of the best; I've been through all of them, so going through them again now. Any certain video you like "best" or really well? I don't remember if this one is here or if I got it linked from a video here in YouTube but ... Have you seen the video of when Robin Williams went to meet and visit Coco (the gorilla)? It is very sweet.
(And for me, even more sweet, now that both of them are gone.) Oh yes, @Obs, we need a Grief Support area - sub-community or not, able to subscribe to it and to FIND it, would be very helpful.

Several of us have reported that big and had no response. There is a way round it though. Go to My Path, Mondfulness Exercises, watch a video from there and at the end it says continue on growth path and moves you past the step you were stuck on. Good work around till they fix it.
@Everythingisbetterinyourpyjamas - Good to know! I do not understand your method of going around it through mindfulness (as I thought there were no videos really in Mindfulness). Thank you (and others) for reporting this bug. I'd prefer to have 'credit' for my actual step (video) than for something I did really fast just to get a step in (worry on cloud for example). ~ Platy

Mindfulness is all recordings. They are really good you should give it a try. Other option is to stay stuck at the point on your growth path till they fix it could take a while. I always watch the video on the growth path first because like you I want to see them. Then when it gets stuck when I click finish video I go and find a short mindfulness recording to do. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.
@Everythingisbetterinyourpyjamas - Last sentence, I agree. Mindfulness is not usually a video - unless it is introductory or the "you may close your eyes but you don't have to" sort. I get past the video and continue on my Growth Path in another way, so I am continuing on the growth path. But like I said "Watch a Video" is one of the steps I like the most. The website does not register that I have clicked the "completed step" for the small 'wheel of thinking/processing' just keep going and going - nothing happens.
I guess I'm going to have to actually report this as a bug somehow :( I really didn't want to - like majorly. Mostly because the tech team likes to ask me all these questions that I have no clue how to answer, sadness. Well, good night then. ~ Platy

How do you get past your video and continue on your growth path in another way. I'd love to know an alternative.
I agree reporting a bug is hard work. I try to put all the answers on my original message and they still always come back with the same questions. But reporting it is the only way to get it fixed.
@Everythingisbetterinyourpyjamas - yes, me too. I want to be like, umm did you read my first message? okay go back and read it and then ask me what is important from my specific problem! (sigh) p.s I have mostly pjs, ready for bed now :) it is 2:07am after all :O Platy

this a couple of the weeks of the black framework already is for me and not only on the side of the 7 cups, but on all other sides. I think that this black framework is not 7 cups of his problem.
@Mankka Yes, I wondered about that. But I tried a button on a simple test page just now, and it works correctly in Chromium. There is a black outline when I tab to it using the keyboard, but no outline when I click it with the mouse.

@ASilentObserver what bother me a lot more is about the notifications that lead me in threads i have no access (i guess listeners-only. subcommunity-leaders zone or teen-zone) or notifications about teen events, or being tagged in threads that i cant access
