Site Design Updates Live Now

We have updated our site design templates to make sure they are up to date. This site update will only be available on the web versions so you may notice several changes in how everything looks!
One key change with the design templates is our General Request queue for listeners - we have switched to yellow instead of red for the banner color for a higher chat request count.

They made some changes in design but still many things to be fixed:
1. Please bring back message pop up (envelope icon) so new messages can easily noticeable, we have to go through process to checking if new messages arrived, please bring back envelope message icon on top bar , kindly add a new message pop up icon on top bar like old version
2.we can't clear notification, bring back that cross analog to clear seen notification and bring back bell icon on top where as older version, notification and messages are important so fix this icon where it can visible easily
3.why you mirror the conversation interface, every message show in left side of screen, it's makes me feel so odd and strange, please bring back old conversation interface (my message in ride side of screen and my member/listener message on left side of screen
4.there is no log-in interface on 7 cups homepage that browse through Google, please fix it, if u search through Google to log in into ur 7 cups account u can't because there is no "log in" icon that redirect to log in interface as before
5.and if u don't want effort to fix it, it's better to discard this design and revert to old version, we all missing old design.
Kindly hear us lots of people are not fan of this new design, revert this design and work on ur current design , find bugs and after that release it. We are not your beta testers who finding bugs and informing you. We are even not developer's dummy who is testing his new design on we listeners, we are here to help people so for God sake let's help us and support people rather than makes us busy to find bugs and glitches.
@SoulfullyAButterfly The font of the chat window is increased and I find it so difficult being used to the smaller font. And the badges are hard to figure out since it has become smaller

Listener and members name is bold black fonts looks so odd and over the top. and status icon size is little big, they should reduce size of online status icon.

Also commenting to chime in on this. On PC, my login works well. On mobile, both in the app and on browser, I literally can't even access the login page to try and login.

Yes, there is no login page and three lines, country selection not working, it's loks like that pages is freezed, its confusing for new users, they can't find where to log in into my account.

Maybe the clarification post could be linked there as well, with that little (i) [information] icon, or something, if changing the names of either doesn't seem feasible at this time? 😮
Two things -
First is that notifications are now for me, so difficult to read. I'm often using the website on my phone (broken laptop) and now I cannot see when notifications come in, I have to open up the menu first, and if there is a notification that has come through, I can't read what it says - it does not fit on the screen and just cuts off halfway and there is no way to scroll. So currently I'm only able to read half a notification. It is very annoying. And because I can only see half, there's no way for me to access the x button which you use to remove a notification. Meaning I have lots of old notifications and it gets really really confusing. If I click on them to view them, even after that the notification stays, so there is no way for me to remove old ones. I struggle to work out which are new ones.
Second is that I've noticed after the update, I can no longer use the add gif function when making forum posts. Before you could click on it and search for whatever gif you wanted, now it just doesn't work at all. I can't even click on it. I have no idea why
I forgot to add, in general, the forums for me have been really glitchy since the update. I'm not sure how to describe it but after posting there's a second or two where it glitches. It's only recently been doing this. It's the same if I open up any forum thread, it glitches for a few seconds before allowing me to view it.

Same for me I can't clear seen notification, screen is cutting halfway, I'm missing message also as it's not easily noticable, they should put bell (notification) and envelope (message) icons on top bar near profile icon or else we will miss notification and message from our members

Not necessarily a complaint as such.. But another thing I noticed is when I'm in rooms now sometimes when someone sends a message, their pfp is above the text sent, and sometimes their pfp is next to the text sent. It's not an issue, and It doesn't affect anything, it's just odd and is weird when it's random messages presented one way, and other messages presented a different way

I'm back to not being notified when im tagged in posts. Only certain posts though, but which ones are random. Notifications generally are being so glitchy and unhelpful. Not sure if it's just me or others too but thought I'd mention it. It makes things so difficult

Making forum posts is becoming very annoying. I can't add gifs, and I've noticed I can no longer change the font size of text, and it's just being really glitchy in general. Sometimes it crashes completely and the post I made disappears and I have to retype it all. I'm not having a good experience at all with this new update. So many bugs

So far, I find it rather clunky (my internet is Safari). I used to be able to see at least ten lines of chat and now just four, plus the old 7cups AI intervention telling me what to say and which I absolutely would LOVE to turn off. The individual chat list on the lefthand side takes too much room and the arrow-down to see who else I could talk to does not work. The colours are pleasant enough.

From what I can tell it is happening when I open a thread directly from a notification rather than going into the forums and opening it that way. It also seems like the further down the post that triggered the notification is the longer it lasts.

Hi, I've noticed that the chat on the mobile app has been freezing a lot.
Also, the interface is annoying. You had updated a couple of months back and it was amazing then, but this newest version isn't great. The bubbles are smaller in width and change size with the amount of words. It's uncomfortable.
