Site Design Updates Live Now
Hi everyone,
We have updated our site design templates to make sure they are up to date. This site update will only be available on the web versions so you may notice several changes in how everything looks!
One key change with the design templates is our General Request queue for listeners - we have switched to yellow instead of red for the banner color for a higher chat request count.
@SoulfullyAButterfly i don’t know who else this may be happening to but my log in won’t load. My whole phone starts to slow down and I need to them reload The site through dragging down not jsut re setting. I also sometimes jsut don’t get my notification pop up within the menu. And I don’t know how to get them back. Or if won’t show that I have any new messages.

On behalf of the whole PAT, I want to inform you about the problems we are facing regarding the forum bugs.
These bugs are not letting us change the color of the post or add a GIF. Also, the image keeps disappearing every now and then and we have to upload it again.
Please, fix these bugs so that we can go back to making our posts beautiful.

I know a few of us have mentioned this before and it isn't really relevant to the latest changes but it was just brought to my attention again by another member. This limit of 5 replies is really causing some issues for people. Can't something be done to change this? Even if it could be taken to a limit of 10 would make a big difference.
@mytwistedsoul the last time (~ Oct 5th) I checked I was told it was 10. 😮
@theriverissinging I just went back to a thread and counted. It only went to 5 unless maybe I'm not counting right? - which I'm not trying to sound like a smart aleck or anything my math skills are pretty bad lol

@mytwistedsoul There is no technical reason for the limit. I think at the time it was a temporary fix for some bug or other, but unfortunately no one has yet returned to fix it properly.

I feel the changes made to chat functions and visibility of typing participants is similar, for a place that appreciates the value of anonymity also
I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this in but it's the closest one I can find. So...
When reporting a user for violating terms of 7Cups, the report button does not show any indication of having worked & the field stays open. This is not good functionality. If someone would check it out & fix the mechanism, I would appreciate it.
This jumping chat that comes with site update is too much to handle with my disabilty please fix this bug
How about a dark mode for the web version?
@adaptiveJewel80 In many browsers you can install an extension that provides dark mode on every website. This is a better solution than separate dark modes on each website.

It MIGHT help everyone if we could choose more settings ourselves. Decide which colours work for each of us and do our own configurations maybe?

I have one question for you, why? The changes made are not userfriendly. I miss the notifications on the top banner. Now I have to go to a certain page to find them.
Also, a blue heart? Blue is a cold color, this place should be about warmth and care.

@Kickan75 Me too! The hidden notifications and the blue hearts seem to be pointless and user-hostile changes. Why?
