I pray for long, happy and thriving life, I pray for self kindness, light and more friendships that are long lasting and meaningful that add value to my life. I pray that everyone who’s not okay mentally will find healing, safety, and themselves again. I pray that those who are hurting will heal. I pray that those who are going through hardships will find comfort and rest.

I would like a prayer for peace and relaxation. I have a lot of mental health issues, and I just want to have a more quiet mind, and to know that I’m not alone. I also really hope that this new medication I’m on will work for me. I would also like to be able to live in the moment, instead of being in the past or the future. I hope I’m able to make breakthroughs in therapy and with my psychiatrist about medication. I hope God will give me more strength to face everyday and to keep fighting for my life, because life is worth living. Thank you for reading :)
