To "design" a good weekend for me, I make sure to mix rest, fun activities, and a little bit of easy planning so I feel energized and not tired.

A good weekend for me would be to get up in the morning, connect with someone, eat out, have an activity or project to do and be able to watch sports, whether live or on TV.

How does a good weekend look like for you?
doing fun stuff like painting and crafts resting and chatting online also if up to it going to church on Sunday i enjoy that a lot our church even has adult Sunday school fellowship is part of that too
What are you looking forward to this weekend?
really not anything it a hard time for me oct. 30th and 31st so right now goal to not go back into unhealthy coping skills and to maybe paint some and be online sum too

thanks was on a lot the 30th into morning of 31st it did help yesterday on 31th i end up mostly sleeping think that kelp me from doing things i did not want to do and was best way to stay safe today cleaned sorted some stuff now online

@amiablePeace77 I also do this! I get the work I need to get done completed early in the weekend so that I can pause my thinking for at least a day and prepare myself for the upcoming week.

A good weekend is just being happy and having fun. Simple as that.

Since it’s Halloween today I was looking forward to accompanying my 2 year old niece to her first trick or treating but there is a chance that it may not happen. She recently got sick. Even if she got better her parents typically go on with her and do things without me included so….
But if her first trick or treating doesn’t happen this year for whatever reasons there’s always next year
