The serenity and the peacefulness. They call our area God's country. On clear days I can see the mountains and the landscapes are just gorgeous. I love to sit on my deck at night and look at the stars twinkling and the sounds of nature.❤️

There's this particular couch 🛋️ in a specified corner of my room. I have a fixed place where I sit to work 💻, eat 🥧, relax 💤, etc. It is my cozy corner and a territory no one else can invade without my permission. 😛

I love it when im home alone
it’s so peaceful ,it makes me realize that life isnt that bad after all..without anticipating danger from you family
i really wish i could move to my own ..baby steps
i want to be able to cook and hat i like and buy whatever i like to eat..and i want to have a system for my house in cleaning and prep and stuff
i want my own place to be cozy
i guess what im really saying ..ill take what my current house is giving me rn to have a house skills for my own home
and ill take the times where i can walk the rooms when i can breath.

My relaxation spots give me comfort. I have a corner recliner couch in the living
room and a chair on my porch where I go to "check out" so to speak. I
absolutely love drinking my morning coffee, on my days off, on my porch
next to the gas fire pit. Its comforting, relaxing, and a great way to
clear my head from the work week. This is my view from my spot on the porch right now as I type this out.

@amiablePeace77 I live in a special home it's actually a old folks nursing home. I'm only 22 but needed 24 hour care cause of disabilities. I'm very lucky to be here and my carers treat me like a princess 😁. I finally have a place to call home

When you have so many challenges to live with it needs people around you who truly care and treat you well so that you can feel home. I'm so glad you are in such a place 💙

@Tinywhisper11 you are so supportive of others and so grateful. You have gifts of caring and kindness that some people do not even think of having. You are very abled in the area of the heart. I find that remembering what I am able to do and be can offset any limitations I may have in other areas.

Hello! One of the things that gives me a lot of comfort is snuggling under a warm blanket with my two cats on top, when the weather is cold. It's so comforting and peaceful. Eating my favorite foods gives me a lot of comfort, like pasta, sweets, mashed potatoes and pizza. No wonder they call it COMFORT food!
Something in my home that gives me comfort:
It's actually outside my home. I love love love my sunny little garden plot. It's very small but I grow flowers and a few tomato and basil plants out there. I go stand outside and look at it whenever I start feeling restless.
@GoingInCircles365 gardens can be very soothing. It does not matter how big they are. I have an old wheel barrel that was in rough shape but it makes a nice size planter.

@amiablePeace77 i have a room at home and its purpose is to just chill. it has warm lights with the right temperature, a lazy couch, speakers for music and my cats are not allowed to go in there 😺
