What makes me feel empowered? I am someone that has a high internal locus of control. I have the power to effect outcomes (some). I don't sit around and wait for the world to act on me and then blame everyone for doing so.
I felt incredibly empowered today when someone didn't show up for a training session. I didn't sign up to do it, someone seems to be dropping the ball and often. I wasn't going to be a part of the original session. Others were sad. I have the skills, I have the knowledge and so I created a 1-1 scenario and did it myself.
I turned a frown upside down and got a win for the team! I feel empowered and also trained another in a way, in their role to feel quite empowered as well!

Listening to music about being free or empowered or singing about that after creating my own songs that deal with either or both of those topics. Exercising, being outside especially during great weather, being in nature, thinking about being free/freedom and empowerment while sleeping, being around people especially those who liberate and empower themselves which encourages, inspires, influences, and etc me to as well. These are the main things.

there's no way the music that I listen to ever inspires anyone to feel the way I feel. for me, it's me that inspires me to go somewhere that I've never ever been before and it's all I've ever done.

Exactly!! Like moments where I’m not worried about anything within my life but simply existing and experiencing life at that very moment.
