Hi everyone!
I’m AngyA, a trained psychologist with practical experience, here to offer support and listen to whatever you’re going through. Mental health is a journey we don’t have to walk alone, and I believe that sharing and connecting can make a big difference.
How are you all coping these days? Is there something on your mind you’d like to talk about or get some advice on? Feel free to share—this is a safe space.
Looking forward to hearing from you and supporting you as best I can. 💙

@AngyA can you give some tips on dealing with anger? I find it rising in me and i dont like to show it because I dont want anyone to feel hurt ... so I take it all in and it really kills my energy....
Thanks for joining. So glad to have you here ❤️
@Creamyyy hugs you tightly 💖
@أنجيا
Thank you for your generosity.
How do I deal with the distraction of multiple skills? I have many talents and no job. What should I do?

Oooh TINY YOU ARE Beautiful 😍😁🌷🌷🌷 and me too...
@Saly9italy your definitely beautiful 💗
I feel silly doing this.
But I have been feeling invisible and it concerns me a lot.
Is there anyone that can give me advice?
@Balzamon67 I'm sorry youre feeling this way..
Can you share more like how exactly has your expeirence been like?
I have recently heard something that I'm really trying to wrap my head around and be compassionate with what others say.
" If you cannot bring me peace, it's a deal-breaker "
That logic is understandable but impractical in my eyes. Can someone help me better understand?
Someone can bring you peace and that's beautiful, but we live in reality and someone doesn't just embody peace, all the time and it's not always there to offer when demanded. I understand if that's how someone feels on a personal level, but how is that practical?
I love discussion and philosophy, I would love to discuss this topic.
To me - someone's existence can be a source of peace in spite of their demons... because you connect with the essence of who they are and admire them, adding to your own drive, and their merits outweigh their flaws by a huge margin in your eyes...
But yes- there maybe moments of discomfort and little wounds on the way - I dont think its fair to expect peace from someone's contributions All the time ... that's just not taking responsibility for finding your own peace.
I appreciate the insight 🙏
What about in a relationship sense?
Can you be my mentor?
