@Helgafy sometimes life hands me lemons and so it is not my favorite but I maek lemonade so to speak. It is not easy. Sorry to hear life if handing you lemons.

One thing I am good at it is changing the subject. When friends start talking about negative things; I change the tempo by reminding them not to let that crap rent space in their heads!
