Soul what have you learned from 7cups?
@soulsings Friends.
I get to share my leadership skills and ideas here at 7cups.
I learned how to communicate my feelings with others, I am so glad I went to therapy when I was a teen and struggling with sever depression.
I kinda wished 7cups was around in 1991, maybe I would have not ended up in the hospital for it.
But I am glad 7cups is around now, because now as an adult I get to help others, who are struggling. Which is very rewarding to me. I get to help them on an emotional level. It is also helpful, that I was trained as a listener/leader here at 7cups. Now as a retired listener/leader and leader on the adult member side, I know how to help them. Help them, is what I try to do.
One thing that 7 cups has taught me is that its ok to reach out to get support and get comfort and positive encouragement to help me out in difficult times and difficult situations and branch out to make new connections and relationships. ❤
@Leanna3333 yes support is a great way to cope with life.
Most definitely is. I just found out about 7 cups so it has definitely changed the outlook of dealing with day to day stress or just process emotions and thoughts and feelings.
So thankful for the new community to reach out too and make additional support and connections 😊😊🫂🫂🫂❤❤❤❤❤
@Leanna3333 I am so glad to hear that.
I am so glad 7cups is helpful to you.
ME TOO!
Makes it nice to pop on and vent and reach out to fresh ears to listen abd support one another. Also for making a new community of people to connect with. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😍

One thing I am grateful for is my heater! It's so cold lately, and I am fortunate that I have a heater to keep me warm when I need it at night
One thing therapy taught me is that I am so much more capable of healing than I initially thought!
One thing 7 Cups has taught me is that it is so rewarding to help others - sometimes it feels like it'll be draining, but then you talk to members and it feels so nice to be able to help them!

* One thing I am grateful for is...my best friend, who has shown me what it really means to feel happy, valid, appreciated, and loved.
* One thing therapy taught me is...(I've never actually had therapy so I don't know, haha).
* One thing 7 Cups has taught me...is that people are strong. No matter what you're going through, you can overcome it. We all need support from time to time, but all of us are capable, beautiful, and valid on our own. :)
