Being a good person and helping others have always been my top priorities, and I make no apologies for that. Despite facing personal challenges like depression and anxiety, I firmly believe in the importance of kindness and support for others.
It is a fundamental part of my identity, and even during tough times, I draw strength from being compassionate and helpful to those around me. My experiences have taught me to keep pushing myself toward compassion, essential to achieving my goals and inspiring others to find purpose and motivation.
@FeureVox I agree helping others is the key to my happiness. I am miserable when I close off and isolate.
One of the keys for me is to uproot engrained negative behaviors that tend to ruin relationships and my own sense of well being. That is a long term process for sure.
I am sorry for what you feel. You can always share with someone whom you can confide on and let them share, what they think about the situation and how positively you can bring out results.
@FeureVox thanks for your concern. I am working on this for quite a while to gain full abilities of being able to focus the mind on what I choose, not hijacked by thoughts and feelings. It is a good thing like cleaning out the closet when it is full of stuff of no value to me!
When we eliminate the destructive emotions from our minds then what is left is a beautiful flower blooming. Nothing need be added except to reveal and allow this beauty and joy to unfold and express itself.
