@amiablePeace77 One thing I found hard this month is grief, some people play a very important role in your life and at some point in life, you do feel their absence more, it feels like a lack.
@BlueDarkAurora I definitely relate with you regarding grief. The way I see it-- for us to have such people in our life that impact us like that shows how blessed we are to have had them. Hold onto those memories. ❤️ Hugs for you!

One thing I found hard this month is not being able to make a difference when seeing someone I love in pain 🥺 The hardest feeling! One good thing was being more honest with my feelings 🩷

I hear you! We never want people to suffer, especially not the ones we love. Sometimes just being there for them is the only thing we can do though.
One thing I found hard this month is getting out of my thoughts to stop self isolation for several days straight.
One thing I am thankful for this month is my stepmom. Even when I cut her off when I isolate, she understands me and respects my space. Yet she still checks on me, prays for me, and sends comforting texts. She's a safe place for me to vent about my feelings when I decide to share.

It's good to have someone who understands and does not push you to talk but instead patiently waits until you're ready. Your stepmom sounds like a very nice person.

one thing I found hard this month is to stay in my place. Requested to do more than I could and having to refuse, was out of my character. A character I’m trying to discipline by making boundaries. It was hard cuz the old me had expectations of potentially hurting people. It was hard to say NO, coming from a person who is used to give only without conditions.
one thing I’m thankful for being determined to have those boundaries to protect myself. I’m thankful for building more resilience. I’m thankful for wanting to be better. I’m thankful for finding myself after being lost for so long. I’m thankful for reminding myself I deserve love.
Please make “hard” worth thankful for. Not the hard that weakens but the hard that feeds you strength 🥰
