@amiablePeace77 What could be good questions to ask yourself?
How can I make it through one moment and then another and another?
Can I say “ I did my best in the moment”?
@amiablePeace77
Self-provoking questions can help us to understand ourselves better but also to become the best version of ourselves.
Agreed 100%. I know that with personal experience. I always ask myself questions for my own self understanding, to be the best version of myself, in addition to other benefits.
What could be good questions to ask yourself?
What have I done today? Could I have done more?
I’m glad the situation with him/her/them is resolved but did I really need to waste all that energy by yelling out of anger? Wouldn’t it have been better for everyone including myself and the situation by walking away and going out of a walk or journaling or anything calming till I’m calm enough to re-enter the conversation to resolve the situation more productively in a healthy way??
Should I have left this job only after getting hired for another job/by another company or was it good that I left when I did?
@akunknown in the heat of a conversation anger happens, don't beat yourself up about it 💖 you left that job for a reason, self doubt can play in your mind, but I have no doubt it was the right choice you made💖🙂 hugs you tightly 💗 I love you 💗
@Tinywhisper11
Thanks so much and I get (verbally or mentally or emotionally) beat up so much by others in various ways that I don’t add to that by beating myself up over anything.
I understand why I get angry and like you said it’s in the heat of the moment or situation which happens with everyone but with that said I just ask myself if it had to go in that direction. Not beating myself up about it. Don’t worry about it but thank you for saying everything you said. I love you ❤️
@akunknown hugs you tightly 💗 your amazing, always remember that 💖
@Tinywhisper11
Yeah I know I am.😂😂😂😂 And I’ll never forget that. After all how can I forget that I’m THE AMAZING akunknown??!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 ❤️❤️❤️
"What do I need right now?"
"How can I be kind and compassionate to myself in this moment?"
Alright alright!
Oh I love this question!!! : D
Why are you doing what you are doing?
What are you thinking about?
What is stealing your peace?
What can you do to make someone smile today?
How can you be more generous?
How can you be more real and honest with those around you?
Is there anything you do not have a clean conscience about? What are you going to do about that??
What do you want your life to look like? What is one step you can take in that direction?
How is your attitude? Does it need a makeover?
Are you being grateful and telling those you are grateful for that you are?
Are you living out your values?
Are you being bold, brave, and confident - or are you staying in your comfort zone?
How do I treat people?
Okay I’ll stop : P
@GreenLime3141
Thanks for sharing with us all of these questions to ask yourself! 👍
Haha no prob
@amiablePeace77
What could be good questions to ask yourself?
Do I have the right perspective about what was said or done?
Am I overanalyzing this?
@WorkingitThrough2 those are very thoughtful questions.
What is one thing I can do right now to make my day memorable?
How do I avoid doing the same mistakes again and again?
@amiablePeace77
What could be good questions to ask yourself?
Why do I always say sorry for things I did not say or have happened. It makes others feel bad when I say I am sorry because they know I did not say or do it. Maybe I do it because I see it hurt them and I am saying I'm sorry to make them feel better.
