@amiablePeace77 One of the best things that happened to me this month was change and my acceptance of it. Change is a funny thing, you want it when you don't have it but when you've got it.. you just want to run back and hide. Familiarity feels safe no matter how bad it is. You only see what's what when you're above it all. The mind doesn't wanna navigate new paths and form new patterns cause it's a lot of work but we have to learn to train it to do the work cause it is so necessary. Believing in the change sometimes is the hardest thing to do but when you do it's like the change that we're so afraid of will hold our hand and guide us through it to find the calmer waters. I've found mine <3
