I am learning to let go of the criticism at work. I am learning to let go of the wrong things my boss would tell me. I am learning to let go of how my boss could destroy one day because of her words, her nagging, her blaming, her narcistic attitude towards us her staff.
Because it had greatly affected me before. My physical and mental health. Now I don't take them to heart because I know myself. I don't have to prove myself to anybody.
