I try to get enough protein and cut back on carbohydrates. I originally did that with meat, but have since avoided meat and do dairy, eggs and beans and nuts.

I eat chick peas (garbanzo beans) and lentils on a regular basis (at least every other day) and I find particularly the chick peas help to reduce stress levels. I also drink a cup of moringa tea (from my own tree, dried and powdered so I drink the powder too) and I believe it helps with many things like for example cholesterol levels.

It depends on the season. No particular diet or natural foods (regular food in Europe is health food across the Atlantic). A lot of my food is liquid (hot in winter and cold in summer) and taken at regular times. At least half a baguette a day. Enjoys lettuces, walnuts, lentils, beans. Cleans out about 200gr of wafers with creamy fillings from time to time.

@Fradiga do you make baguettes or buy them?

What do you do with leftover bread?

I used to make french toast or bread pudding.

I always buy the same type of baguette from the baker's everyday. Left-over is broken in piles and kept for the hens and the ducks, sometimes for the sheep or the horse nearby. When I was in the US or Canada, I did not buy "French" bread because it would never taste like home. and it was expensive for something that was going to be disappointing anyway.

Hi @soulsings love the topic! ✨️

I incorporate veggies on my daily diet, but still not enough. My diet isn't quite healthy (yet), so I'm trying to balance it with other things like a glass of fresh herbs boiled water

Also I take either a couple tbs of fermented pineapple or a cup of yoghurt everyday. And ofcourse water.

Additionally, I make parsley + lemon juice for my dad daily, so I get a cup of it too in the morning.

All those are efforts to alkalize my body. I need to keep the ph in balance for physical and mental health. Cheers! 🙌🤗
