@amiablePeace77 I would tell her to stay strong and stick by her morals. Not to let anyone pressure her to do anything she’s uncomfortable with. Not to go into situations that raise red flags, even if you feel bad for someone, because there really are people everywhere that will hurt you. It’s not an exaggeration or paranoia, you’re not invincible, things can happen that will change the rest of your life. Honor and be true to yourself.

Understanding ref flags is a must to live a safe life! Sometimes red flags are ignored because one just wants to help but the harm caused by not noticing them can be great.

What piece of advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?

I would tell 16-year old me that truama healing is possible. Be kind and gentle to myself because healing is a process and not overnight. That no magic pill can heal the inner healing and work I have to do myself.

Don't go to college. It is a waste of your time, talent, and money.

I wouldn't give any advice as my 16 year old self was super confident and resilient brushing off advice. I would give myself resources for help and support if life gets rough and encourage that 'keep looking forward' determined nature.

What piece of advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?

 "You will have challenges because of you are, regardless of how things have progressed. Reinforce your resiliency, as 'ultra views/beliefs' resurface. Live, love, and stay safe."

You took my answer 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

In all seriousness I’d tell my younger self those two things that you said - believe in yourself and self care but along with that, never give up on yourself no matter what bc everything you go through no matter how difficult it is will strengthen you if you get through it. I’d also tell myself to take every win and celebrate them and be proud of yourself for everything you’ve accomplished, keep accepting yourself for who and everything you are and be your closest best friend and life partner even if no one else does, tell yourself “you’ll get through this” “you’ve gotten through this before you will again” and any other self positive things, write poems and journals, listen to music, appreciate and be happy for all the good, enjoy your life, make your life meaningful, give yourself purpose, help others, have empathy, be kind, and way too many more to type here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I'd tell my younger self don't marry the first man that gets you pregnant that it's okay to be a single mom and that you xan make it by yourself.

What piece of advice would you give to your 16-year-old self? I am currently 16 until August 11th but whatever tell myself what I had first in 16 is believe in yourself do things that scare you don't want other people hurt you and if they hurt you let them know speak up for yourself don't just hold it in help others like you always have Don't let anything/ anyone change who you are you might not find success in your relationships but that just means they were not right for you and you should let them go.

Some of this are still currently have trouble doing it as my ex-boyfriend is still my friend and his girlfriend is my friend and was before this so I took some time but me and her are cool i don't know what to do about my ex boyfriend because if I cut ties with him she might stop being my friendand also he's been there for me and he knows a whole lot more if I cut tied with himHe might blab out my personal business to people I don't want knowing

@alysianna

Believe in yourself, speak up for yourself and be authentic are good things to follow.

I hope there will be a good solution with your boyfriend. Keeping in touch with someone because they might spread secrets if one cuts ties with them sounds like a lot of pressure to me.
