I LOVE VOLUNTEERING!  I practically made a career of it: volunteer librarian, animal rescue worker, firefighter, veterans Aux. president/historian.  That all ended in 2017.

I am in the process of launching  an online resale shop for the purpose of raising environmental awareness, promoting other small home-based business, and sourcing products from local non-profits-adding a 10%+ donation to the total.  With any luck (and lots of shares) I hope to raise the starting capital for my next project. Which is...

Providing low-cost, deeply discounted printing and fundraising services to non-profit organizations.
Having been involved in numerous fundraising events in the past I know how costly it can become.

That's the plan anyways.   If I could just find the key to unlock the store...

Ways to give back to the community are by donating to different shelters and areas of need, and investing time into helping those in need and volunteering.

by being a good neighbor

I volunteer at a senior center near my work! I take money for lunches, sit and visit with the seniors, and go for walks with them!
