@AshleyNFlewellenLPC I want to try going out more. This may sound strange but I really only go out if I have to for appointments for example, or if my friends or family are hanging out. I don't really go out to go out for myself and just have fun alone. I want to start doing this more as I think it would be good to be out for myself and do things that I might not want to do with others.

While there were ideas that would have cost money I did not have, I have done a lot: watercolours, painting, embroidery, other needlework, some travel, raising kids, music (instrumental and singing), ambitious cooking, going to the opera or ballet or concert. Somehow, there always was some contentment
