@amiablePeace77 I made it through a really-really bad nervous breakdown which I thought, at the time, was me going permanently insane. About 2 years later, from it, I was 95% recovered.

@amiablePeace77 Gosh, I’ve never really thought about it before. Maybe leaving an abusive childhood home. I think what felt harder though was encouraging joint custody with my kids dad. He didn’t even want it, and it tore me apart to give up time with my kids, but I thought it would be best for them. It’s still hard all these years later, because I have no way of knowing if it really was best for them or made things worse. I wonder if they would be different. But I think it was the right thing to do, so I try to trust and be brave.

@amiablePeace77I walked away from one of the greatest friendships I ever have, which hurt so much, but we had been best friends and travelled the world together. He had a girlfriend and all of a sudden the eleven years of us didn't matter anymore. He was rude, dismissive, gaslighted me, she was unfriendly, always telling me what to do and talking diwn to me so I called a day on it for my mental health and never looked back 🥺💜

I've helped a drunk handicapped old man who was unconscious on the road side in a very heavy rain no one was willing to help but I stepped forward and with the help of my friend and some kind people near by i dropped him near his locals and informed them about his condition 🤗

What’s the most courageous thing you’ve ever done?
Taking care of the family, work, arranging documents for insurance, paying bills, groceries, etc. when my father was admitted in the hospital during covid and I was only 18. It was really tough but it made me realise that I'm stronger than I believe.
