Something new I learned in the past few months is that self care and self love is so important in the healing process!

Something I have learned about myself is that have been wandering around in circles and getting nowhere fast. Inability to see the broader picture of things and unable to label what I am experiencing I am unable to put a label on what no longer serves me nor how to get out of this vicious cycle. My mind says one thing the brain says another and the heart does not agree with either of them. Need a workable method to bring all my parts together and the ability to recognize faulty actions and thinking.
The map I am using is not working or I have no sense of direction at all.
@WorkingitThrough2 gives you a compass ❤ but sympathises. I don't understand my feelings and emotions very well either. But we will get there ❤

When I get angry, it destroys my peace of mind. Now I watch for signs that I am getting angry like thoughts of irritation or wanting to tell someone off.

Learning to read the signs of anger or irritation can help a lot to prevent us saying things we do not truly mean.
@amiablePeace77 I have learned that I am actually able to keep living all by myself. Im capable. Loneliness is like this scary shell I never wanted to get back to it, but im a snail now and need some potection and that shell is just part of myself.
