This is a good question…I think that I am good at my job and second guess myself too much. Really I need to put my personal needs in a higher priority in my life.
@practicalPenny2095 being good at work has helped my self esteem.
That I am stronger than I thought
@courageousPomegranate766 that is amazing. Sometimes when I am in the middle of adverse conditions I silently wish they would go away.
Then after it is over I say to myself, wow, I survived that.
Then I know like you do that I am stronger for having gone through that.
I would say I learned that I am very strong and hold a lot of stuff in and sometimes my body just wants me to express myself to someone.
@hardworkingstar As a follow up to your post, I'd be happy to chat with you!
I've learned that I'm not broken and there is nothing wrote with me. I am more than enough.
@SparklyFly Such a beautiful revelation! One I've been learning as well. We are enough🤗
That I am deserving of all that has been happening.
@Iamwhoiamwhoami I am not sure what in particular you are referring to.
For me, I try to create good causes and intentions because those seem to better outcomes. Like anger makes me feel awful so I am trying to not give into angry thoughts.
Honestly doesn’t matter what I am/was referring to. I know my place
@amiablePeace77 Thanks for posting this; I love this question!
I've learned that even though I may sometimes be afraid to act on things, I need to appreciate my tenacity in always going for them anyway and doing my best 😊
@Brittanny17 I agree. I try to go easy on myself and avoid judging myself by recognizing I am doing the best I can under the circumstances.
@soulsings Well-said! Sometimes we can be so cruel to our own efforts :(
@amiablePeace77
I have learned that I am getting better at setting boundaries. I've had difficult people at work test the boundaries I've set with them and I was able to stay firm and reinforce them. It wasn't textbook and at times awkward, but I honored my space.
It definitely *** off both individuals at times, but I feel good about holding my ground :)
That I do have limits, especially after I have been told all my life "God won't put more on you than you can bear"- which still baffles me.
