Help With PTSD
Are there any good websites/videos/games/idk, etc, that help with PTSD? Anything that could prove useful? The PTSD is strong and emotionally debilitating lately... Thank you!

have you ever used any meditation apps?
Insight Timer has a good one for panic
I’ve read “The Body Keeps the Score” it’s really helpful in explaining everything. So sometimes you can be feeling “off” and not realize, it’s the time of year that something happened.
Menstruation…oncoming cold/flu can increase our emotions. The seasons changing.
I also f found this for you. I hope it’s helpful ❤️❤️❤️

If I focus on my body—for example: “I’m feeling nervousness. It’s in my legs.” I just focus on my legs and they eventually relax.
You are going to get through this love. You are s acknowledging feeling off. Deep breaths. Inhale 6, hold 4 , exhale mouth for 8. Do a few rounds and let the last couple out with big sighs., make noise, hum, sing, shake it out!!! You’re safe. That person is not near you. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm sorry I am not aware of any that help with PTSD. . .
While I don't know of any off the top of my head, I'll pray for you and try and see if I can find anything game/videos/websites/ect like that can help.
Hugs and prayers 🩵

Thought stopping can be helpful too. Try to change your thoughts. If you can’t, try’s phrase ie “ nope not going there” “thanks for trying to help me mind but I’m safe” or literally say STOP out loud and refocus/distract to something else.
@peachThinker662 omg the "nope, not going there" is so real 😂😂😂😂

Not sure. But I've a book recommendation for whenever you're feeling not lively -

@jesusredeemedme2425 i dont have any experience in what youre saying...but i know a sort of meditation app thats really calming. Atomus. You get to mess around with pretty colours and shapes with gentle music in the background. Its a good distraction for me :)
*hugs if ok*
@jesusredeemedme2425 uhhh. It depends on what you expect from the thing. Because if you want to distract yourself and get comfy, games are great. Pretty much any game tbh, mobile or pc. I love my mobile games (happy color, Gardenscapes, Legend of the phoenix - for the more calm and cozy ones, but I no longer suffer from PTSD), and my boyfriend has a few strategical games on rotation like terra Invicta (our current favourite), crussader kings 2, kards, wot, the stalker series. My games go for cozy and low stakes to comfort me, his are high engagement and focus to distract him.
I really hope that you can get the upper hand on this soon. Remind me, what games do you have access to? Just online ones?
Phone and computer. All must be free.
Mmkay, I'ma have to think on what to recommend

I'm sorry this is bothering you. I have been really busy and not online much in the past several weeks, but saw this and I think this might be of interest for you:
Have you tried any guided meditations? I have no idea if they would help with PTSD, but I was recently introduced to Progressive Muscle Relaxation which you can get on on YouTube from Johns Hopkins Rheumatology (among other places). It is 5 minutes and I think it might be helpful for you in general to help you relax.
There are tons of other meditations out there you might try as well. Hugs! Please take care!
