I'm stepping down from my roles

Unfortunately, I have to let you know that I have to step down from my roles for now due to my own health. It breaks my heart and I really hope that I'll be able to come back as soon as possible.
I also know that changes in leadership can be stressful for you so I'm really sorry. I wish all the best to you all and this community.

You've given so much to the community, and it's more than okay to take a step back for as long as you feel the need.

Hi @audienta, thank you for taking care of your needs. You are a wounded healer, and it is okay to take care of your wounds too.
I understand the feelings of heartbreak from having to step away, those are valid feelings. I had to set a boundary with my dad recently, and it was hard to say "Sorry, I have to step away from supporting you to take care of my own needs"
It's very brave and strong of you to set healthy boundaries for yourself. I'm proud of you for doing so. Take as long as you need.
Also thank you for setting such a good example for how to be a good leader, through leading and supporting, and communicating when you need to step down.
