Hey there @superfluousMelons3310 so brave of you to reach out for support. I see there's some confusion around messaging people for a 1 on 1 chat.
You're not able to message teen accounts as you're an adult member here.
Similarly, members cannot message each other personally, which is why you don't see the "leave message" button on some profiles here.
As an adult member user, you can message adult listeners for a 1-1 chat only, feel free to browse for listeners here: https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/
You can ofcourse talk to other peers in the forums as this one, or the chatrooms.
