Stardust.

I learned that love should be unconditional. Free of expectations. Even without gifts or acts of devotion...

After Life (1998) a japanese movie. In it, people who have just died have to choose only one memory to keep for the eternity, while all the rest of their lives will be canceled. You can find the movie for free on YouTube with english subtitles.

"Our assets are frozen!"

Yes! That part makes me laugh.

The Muppets are full of so much... double entendre.

It's timeless. I used to watch it as a child, and now I watch it with my children. Its one of those films for all ages. Things I didn't understand when I was a child I can appreciate now.

@JadedSnowKitten The Muppets are timeless... totally agree. It does work on many different levels - age and otherwise.

Just amazes me how people see some of the Muppet stuff and are shocked by what's said or depicted. It's not like it's new... there's been tongue-in-cheek stuff since forever!

@diplomaticconfucious The wonderful thing about a television set is it has lots of neat little buttons. If they don't like something all they'd have to do is switch over. No use spoiling harmless fun for others.

@JadedSnowKitten

Completely agree! The power of the "off button" - use it, abuse it, but remember not everything or everyone comes equipped with one. :D

I want to see the last two - The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted but haven't managed it yet. Ricky Gervais in the latter should be ... surprising for the lack of a better word, I think.

The Breakfast Club

That movie is relatable on so many levels

@CinnamonDot

Dear Mr. Vernon, we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was we did wrong. But we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are. You see us as you want to see us - in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain...and an athlete...and a basket case...a princess...and a criminal...Does that answer your question? Sincerely yours, the Breakfast Club.
