Alone
I am so lonely. I look around a see really horrible people loved and cared for. Yet I am all alone. I often think if really bad people can have friends and be loved, what does that say about me? I can't even get therapists to care. I had one but he was God awful and was just going through the motions until i stopped seeing him. I signed up for treatment in 2018 but have never received any services. I don't think they liked me. Iwould love just to be able to talk to someone. Doesn't have to be anything earth shattering, just some friendly chit chat. Just some kind of connection with someone. But I am afraid my flaws run so deep it would be impossible.
@PartyofNo1always I don’t trust bad people I don’t like anyone that disrespects me I am afraid of the dark during the winter time also New York a taxi scared of the dark it’s dark getting attacked shot
Have you ever considered that this silent season may be meant for you to better yourself and work on the flaws you don’t feel strongly about? There’s nothing truly wrong with you, but it’s important to strive to be 1% better each day. In finding yourself, you’ll not only discover your flaws but also those of the world. I found myself through my religion. Even with friends, I struggled with loneliness and never felt truly loved or cared for. It was hard to ignore others being surrounded by love and relationships, while it felt like no matter how good I was, I didn’t have much of that in my life. But a Bible verse stuck with me: “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you” (John 15:18-20). This helped me realize that maybe there wasn’t something wrong with me, but with the world. As a Christian, I believe Jesus is blameless, pure, kind, and righteous, yet He was persecuted. The world’s judgment is flawed. We must always strive to be authentic and good, not basing our worth on worldly standards.
When you find yourself in God, you’ll understand that, unlike people, He doesn’t change. He is the Alpha and the Omega, eternal and unchanging, and His love for you is everlasting. The closer you are to God, the less lonely you will feel, as His presence will always be with you. Unlike people, the Lord will never forsake you: “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5). God also says, “Enter by the narrow gate…difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). Loneliness doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you—it sets you apart from the world. Perhaps you were chosen to live a righteous life, and this is your time to find and better yourself, not for society’s acceptance, but to be confident in who you are.

Don't be discouraged. Sometimes, we feel like our flaws determine who we are, but they don't. They help us learn more about ourselves and how to improve. You'll find friends that understand you for who you are. I'll happily volunteer to be your friend 😉😉☺️
I'm sorry that you've been so dismissed by others. Loneliness can be debilitating. It's absolutely horrid that your therapist didn't show genuine compassion and understanding. You deserve love, validation, and kindness just as much as anyone else. Once you find the people that love you wholeheartedly, including your flaws, you'll have those things. That's not just applicable to romantic relationships either. Friendships can be just a deep and valuable.
If you ever want/need to, you're always welcome to PM me.
Sending lots of hugs (if okay)
