My smile would say- I come from a place of love. A girl who never knew what love was and realized it’s behind a smile. If I’m smiling I’m present, I’m feeling joy and happiness, and sending love to you while receiving it for myself ❤️

if our smile could talk it tell you we masking hiding what within as we was taught as a child and hurt if we did not smile so we wear a smile most the time but behind the smile is pain and things that were hurtful

thank you we trying to be better at not masking by wearing a smile but hard to break the programing done to us as a child a lot more then just the masking with a smile too

I think sometimes a smile is a shield. Nothing necessarily bad, you know? But just not to have this: 😬 kind of face 24/7.
