I'm new here and wanna make some friends. Because as an introvert and a shy teen girl I don't have much friends irl so online platforms are better for me but i still don't know most of the features of this app. Like usually friends are chatting in dm but here i don't find any options here for dm someone except listeners. I have 2 questions..is listeners are just for support or we can be friends also?if we are in same age?
And , As an just normal member am I able to DM someone for become friends? If we both are in the same age category?

You can befriend listeners, but they do need to maintain a listener role ie. They cannot get support from you.
Like mentioned you can start a pen pal threads with another member or group (and request people don't read it, but they are still moderated) or you can chat with members in the group chatroom.
