I am going through a job change and quiting booze and smoking pot and some of the weirdest stressful dreams I have ever had. I wish sleeping was relaxing instead it's weird anxiety in my dreams, I just wanted to share to help you feel less alone. I hope one day I do not feel this way.

@SadSoul1779 My dreams lead only to tears, for they replay all the those terrible fears, that I keep hidden, or maybe wide out, but one of these days, you're going to dream and wake and smile. I hadn't don't it myself in a long time.

@SadSoul1779, I hear you, and I'm so sorry you're hurting like this right now. Living with disabilities is exhausting in ways most people will never understand. That wish to be "like everyone else" is a heavy grief, and crying is a completely valid release of that pain.

You don't have to be strong right now. You don't have to fix anything. Just let yourself feel what you're feeling.

I'm sitting with you in this moment. You're not alone. 🫂
