Good:
I started school for a degree I've always wanted. I received a full scholarship and have maintained an A so far.
Bad:
My service dog who was my best friend died.

I got away from my abusive ex.
I got in touch with my Fight Response.
I developed a deep enduring sense of self-trust and self-love.
I know I have my own back now.
I trust myself more than outside people for the first time.
I learned that investment income is different from earned income in regardes to disability benefits so I can invest now in stocks, crypto, etc. to eventually hopefully have a livable income sometime in the future.

GO YOU! Am proud of you for speaking up to defend yourself. The grading that some profs do defies logic. I am sure they must be under the influence of something that renders them utterly stupid! Students pay a pretty penny to do courses, not to mention the whole having to put up poor faculty staff, and ofcourse the work itself. You are a TROOPER! God Bless you! Happy New Year!

Lost 43 lbs! Stopped eating after sundown - only eat during the day!
Perfected my Spanish - moved up to a high intermediate level if not low advanced by practicing speaking and studying every day!

I graduated from college with my Bachelor's in Biology. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done but I am so proud that I didn't give up. My school even had an in-person graduation ceremony! We were very lucky!

For another year, I managed to defend myself effectively against the voices that tell me to end my time. They have whispered these words to me for as long as I can remember. THey tend to stop eventually when i repeat you go first then, often enough. Till the next trigger usually. Life requires us all to be Troopers I think.
