Every night, I spend 5-10 minutes thinking about who I’m grateful for that day! Whether it’s my parents who provide me a roof under my head and food on the table, or even the first responders for making our world safer! 😊

I would describe gratitude as a mindset of enjoying what we receive in life, and thanking those who provide them! 💜

I try to journal things I am grateful for. Gratitude means being thankful for the little things. Even when it’s hard to see any good in your day, gratitude shows you there are things to be happy about.

What kind of ways do you practice gratitude in your daily life?

I write every day between 3-5 before go to sleep things that happen to me that I am grateful for,I don't allow myself to write the same thing two days of the same week (that make me put effort into think positive and be thankful for new things each day).

Also once a week I text/say to them or shout to the world how happy I am for being part of the life of one member of my social group and i list at least 5-10 things that make them an incredible human being and/or things why they are irreplaceable in my life

How would you describe gratitude to someone who has never heard the word before?

For me it's the art/effort of acknowledge the good in the world and your privilege for being able to be here to enjoy it

How I practice gratitude... Well, I try to enrich the lives of others around me. I honestly don't think grateful thoughts as much as I used to. Too much stress I think. Too easy to see the problems and cycles of abuse right now.

How to explain gratitude? Uh.. well, you know when you're glad that something is a certain way, and you want to appreciate and support it? Or when someone does something nice for you, and you don't reject it, and want to also express appreciation for it. That.

Gratitude is a person’s ability to be thankful for the people and things around him. Gratitude is not just an action, but a feeling of positive emotion that affects biologically and thus reflects in a positive way the grateful person💜 I thankful for 7cups because it changed so many things in my life💜🥀

When you recognize you are grateful to someone, it can increase your intimacy with that person, it can decrease your ego and give you fulfilling relationships

I try to remember that, even at my worst times, I'm lucky to have what I have!

I'd describe gratitude of noticing and being aware of what we have, and being appreciative of those things!
